Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Oklahoma City is hiring Back of House Team Members to support our independent Owner/Operator. You will prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and providing great service.

Role offers both full-time and part-time shifts with a friendly team, opportunities for growth, scholarship options, and competitive pay. Sundays are closed to support work-life balance in a positive restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know stove, fry, breading, assembly, and prep station tasks.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Operate safely and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and follow dress code.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
