Chick-fil-A Newport Pavilion is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead from the front, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role requires strong communication, a people-first mindset, and at least one year of management experience coaching and holding teams accountable.

You will oversee shifts, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive, high-performing culture with a focus on teamwork and growth within a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year in a management role with a track record of coaching, motivating, and holding team members accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must submit and pass a background check.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Shifts will be 2pm-11pm.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in training of staff to optimize performance.
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
