Job summary

Intel Corporation's Chandler, Arizona site seeks an experienced Stress Test and Reliability Back-End Lab Manager to lead the FLN within FQRL. You will guide 7–10 engineers, align lab capabilities with packaging tech roadmaps, and drive reliability and data-driven qualification efforts.

In this role you will champion ISO 17025 readiness, implement QTM methodologies, and foster a culture of operational excellence and customer responsiveness across the lab.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience in semiconductor packaging, reliability engineering, test engineering, or validation engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on reliability stress and testing experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in process qualification, reliability risk assessment, quality management systems, and quality culture development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of 8-10 lab engineers.
• Define and execute the laboratory capability and capacity roadmap to meet future requirements.
• Ensure timely responses to internal and external customer needs.
• Develop data collection and qualification strategies for emerging packaging technologies.
• Establish and advance Reliability Quick Turn Monitoring (QTM) methodologies.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence, quality leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the laboratory's quality management system development and ISO 17025 readiness efforts.
