Job summary

Intel's Foundry Quality and Reliability Labs is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize lab operations and drive productivity. You will develop demand and capacity plans, build capacity models, and lead KPI initiatives across failure analysis and material testing workflows.

Responsibilities include KPI dashboard development, data integration from MES and IT platforms, and continuous improvement within ISO-aligned quality systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field with 6+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Master's degree in industrial engineering or related field with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience with capacity planning and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize end-to-end Demand and Capacity Plans for Quality and Reliability Lab operations.
  • Build capacity models using industrial engineering methodologies to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and manage a KPI framework for lab operations (throughput time, utilization, quality yield, cost per test, equipment effectiveness).
  • Build automated KPI dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI, Python, and SQL.
