Job summary

CVS Health Corporation, through Omnicare, is seeking a Back-End Pharmacy Technician to support long-term care facilities. You will ensure medication needs and regulatory standards are met, working across multiple back-end workstations and coordinating with drivers for timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes packaging, dispensing, inventory, and accurate order fulfillment in a closed-door pharmacy setting. Certification as a pharmacy technician and 1+ year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate in back-end pharmacy workstation areas including packaging, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, ekit, compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, machine packaging.
• Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
