Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Back-End Pharmacy Technician to support our skilled nursing and long-term care operations. You will focus on order fulfillment in a closed-door pharmacy setting, packaging and dispensing medications, and coordinating stock rotations to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualified applicants will have a licensed pharmacy technician credential and at least 1 year of experience; PTCB certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• PTCB certification preferred or five (5) or more years of experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotating and working in various assigned pharmacy workstations including: Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, Machine Packaging.
• Receiving product deliveries, pulling and staging product for distribution, rotating stock, and coordinating activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely.
• Performing physical inventories of medication.
