Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Back End Supervisor to lead backroom operations, ensuring fast and accurate processing of incoming merchandise from receiving to floor placement. The role focuses on maintaining organized backrooms, enforcing tagging standards, and driving daily productivity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of freight processing experience in retail, strong people skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year managing a freight processing environment in a retail setting.
• High energy, hands on leader with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all Cartons per Hour (CPH) and overall Door To Floor (DTF) expectations.
• Ensure the door to floor in 24 hours standards are followed.
• Schedule backroom to workload needs while staying at or under budgeted hours.
• Direct and inspect daily activities for incoming/outgoing freight with proper tagging and inventory controls.
• Maintain damage, mismates, signing room, layaway and stockroom areas.
