Job summary

Forman Mills in Deptford Township, New Jersey seeks a Back End Supervisor (BES) to oversee Receiving, processing, and backroom operations to ensure door-to-floor (DTF) within 24 hours while maintaining customer service.

You will supervise daily activities, monitor productivity, ensure EAS tagging compliance, and partner with store leadership to manage freight flow, staffing, and backroom standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of managing a freight processing environment in a retail setting.
• High-Energy, Hands-on Leader.
• Excellent People Skills.
• Computer skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all company Cartons per Hour (CPH) and door-to-floor (DTF) targets.
• Ensure the 24 hours door-to-floor standard is consistently met.
• Coordinate with Store Manager/Co-Manager/ASM to align backroom staffing with workload and budgeted hours.
• Direct daily backroom activities including receiving, processing, EAS tagging, and reports of productivity.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and organization; monitor damage, mismates, and stockroom areas.
• Inspect and manage excess fixture inventory for efficient placement and use.
• Lead daily Backroom Huddle meetings; recognize top performers and address underperformance.
• Ensure compliance with all company initiatives and safety policies.
