Job summary

Redolent, Inc. is seeking a Back-End Engineer for a Hybrid role based in Bentonville, AR.

The ideal candidate will design and implement high-performance Java services using Spring Boot and Kafka, participate in microservices architecture, and contribute to scalable cloud-based data processing pipelines. This full-time role requires 4–6+ years of backend development experience and familiarity with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of industry experience.
• Strong Java/J2EE, SpringBoot, Kafka.
• Experience with Microservices, Kafka, design patterns, event sourcing and event-based architecture; Cassandra, SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of scalable distributed systems in virtualized cloud environments.
• Develop high performance and scalable data processing solutions.
• Working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
• Supports and ensures business objectives being met.
• Participates the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
• Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.
• Designs and implements low latency services.
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Troubleshoots business and production issues .
