Job summary

Somerset Staffing is seeking a Senior Developer to join our Fort Worth team in a hybrid role. You will design and implement Java microservices with Spring Boot and Kafka, while ensuring production reliability and performance. In-person client interviews may be required for shortlisted candidates.

You will work with a broad tech stack including Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud tools, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable solutions and rapid releases.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

7-9+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

Airline Industry experience
