Job summary

Toplent is seeking a skilled Backend Developer for a remote full-time role. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, collaborating with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic.

You will work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB), implement RESTful APIs, and deploy via CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). The role demands strong communication and a proactive approach to performance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby).
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, scalability, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
