Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend engineers, designers, content specialists, SEO professionals, and other technical stakeholders
• Diagnose and resolve backend performance issues, integration challenges, and application reliability concerns
• Participate in technical planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, maintainability, and overall development efficiency

This role will contribute to the evolution of established digital platforms, supporting both existing infrastructure and newer application architectures. Key areas of focus include backend service development, content delivery, search functionality, caching, and platform migrations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across legacy and modern technology environments while ensuring a seamless experience for end users and maintaining content integrity, site performance, and search engine visibility.

• Understanding of SEO considerations during website migrations, including URL mapping, metadata preservation, and content validation.
• Familiarity with Ruby for maintaining existing applications or supporting system integrations.
• Experience planning and executing production cutovers with appropriate testing and validation.
• Background working in collaborative, cross‑functional software delivery environments.
