Mandatory Skills

Retail/Ecommerce/Omnichannel domain experience is must. Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript for backend services. Experience with Nest.js (preferred), Express, or Fastify frameworks. Proven ability in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with API design (REST, GraphQL) and integration troubleshooting. Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) for proactive issue detection. Understanding of cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).
