Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Frontend Technical Lead to guide architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications and digital platforms.

The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. You will mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, architects, backend engineers, and DevOps across our global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead or senior technical contributor.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications with strong knowledge of performance, scalability, accessibility, and secure development.
• Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs; working knowledge of Node.js is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to influence technical decisions, communicate clearly, and lead across teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues and proactively manage technical debt.

• Collaborate with global product, architecture, platform, and business teams to deliver enterprise digital solutions.

The successful candidate will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, architects, backend engineers, and DevOps teams across our global organization.

Sr React Developer that can stand alone with no support and take direction from senior engineer and senior architect and intimately know how to accomplish the needed work. The role is tied to a new platform and installing a portal for internal engagement and use by the company business units.
