Job summary

FINBOA is seeking a Client Implementation Engineer (Back-End) I to join our Client Experience team in Houston. This client-facing role is not a software development position; you will help configure back-end components and troubleshoot integrations to bring new clients live.

You will work with project managers, front-end resources, clients, technology partners, and FINBOA's Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful go-lives, validate data with SQL, and document findings for scalable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a client-facing role such as technical implementation or SaaS support is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data validation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical member of the client implementation team.
• Configure and troubleshoot back-end components for client go-lives.
• Use SQL to review data, validate configurations, and support testing and validation.
• Document findings and coordinate with Product and Engineering for resolutions.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Client Experience, Product, and Engineering to keep projects moving forward.
