Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Excellent math skills required.
• Computer skills essential.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking ability desired.
• Experience with animals or hatchery operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Back Crew during production.
• Perform egg audits and checks for deficiencies.
• Develop and manage pull order schedules.
• Transfer eggs between incubators and hatchers.
• Prepare pull orders for the next day.
• Maintain hygiene: clean and disinfect equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work extended days as needed.
• Ensure biosecurity and safety rules.
• Organize documents for receiving/shipping inventories.
• Run and monitor tray wash.
