Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of New Jersey is seeking caring babysitters to provide in-home child care across Clifton and nearby communities. You will engage children with age-appropriate activities, follow family instructions, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Ideal candidates have prior agency experience (preferred), a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, legal work authorization in the United States, Fluent English, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with a childcare agency is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and love for children.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving and engaging care for children in private homes.
• Follow client instructions and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities (play, reading, outdoors).
• Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.
