Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Clifton Secaucus is seeking a warm, responsible Babysitter to provide loving care for children in private homes across our service area. You will follow family guidelines, ensure safety, and create a nurturing, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, a valid driver’s license, reliability, and excellent communication in English. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to work with a variety of families while supported by our agency team.

Qualifications

• Experience with a childcare agency is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy with children.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

About the Role:

As a Synergy Homecare of Clifton Secaucus Babysitter, you will:

• Provide loving and engaging care for children of various ages in private homes.
• Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, reading, and outdoor activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
