Detailed Job Description

As a BA6 – Business Analyst in Moines, IA via CCGT LLC, you will serve as a principal functional authority responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements for mission‑critical enterprise systems. Your daily responsibilities will encompass conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping end‑to‑end business processes, authoring detailed user stories and functional specifications, and supporting quality assurance testing cycles. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and functional specification authoring.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
