Position Summary
This recruitment will be used to fill seven (7) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) BA223/390 Teaching Assistant position for the School of Marketing/Design/Analytics at Oregon State University ( OSU ).
OSU College of Business, School of Marketing is seeking a student teaching assistant (TA) for OSU Marketing Instructors for 2025-2026 school year. Assists instructor with course management for hybrid, Ecampus, and in-person sections of BA223/390 Principals of Marketing course. Most tasks can be done remotely and some in-person work may be required.
Pay rate for this position is $16.05 per hour.
Position Duties
Student TA Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Helping assist with grading assignments
Additional Required Qualifications
B or higher grade in BA223 or BA390
Preferred (Special) Qualifications
Excellent organization skills and able to work independently. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of student information. Major in Marketing a plus, but not required.
Working Conditions / Work Schedule
Approximately 5-10 hours per week of work. Most work is done remotely, but an in-person presence may be occasionally required for collaboration, class observation, exam proctoring, etc.
