Job summary

An aviation training organization is seeking independent Flight Simulator Instructors in Miami Springs, Florida. The role, designed for instructors with B737 qualifications, includes classroom and simulator instruction for the ATP CTP Training Program. Ideal for active or retired pilots, it offers flexibility in scheduling without employment benefits. Candidates must hold an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a current CFI certificate, alongside excellent interpersonal skills. This position provides an opportunity to mentor the next generation of pilots while working in a professional training environment.

Qualifications

• Must be type-rated on the B737 aircraft and current in B737-800.
• At least 2 years of experience as pilot-in-command or second-in-command in FAA regulated operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom and simulator instruction consistent with FAA standards.
• Conduct each simulator session in accordance with FAA procedures.
• Complete FAA-required training records comprehensively.
