Job Description

Are you a data-driven, growth-oriented marketer with a passion for building high-performing digital funnels? We are seeking an experienced B2C Marketing Manager to own and grow our direct-to-consumer revenue streams across the BankersHub and Lorman brands.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in optimizing conversion rates, improving retention, and scaling individual course and membership sales. You’ll work cross-functionally with our content, rev ops, and development teams to execute campaigns, improve performance, and test new approaches across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Ownership: Drive performance of the B2C e-commerce funnel, with responsibility for increasing conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.

Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and execute email automation and lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, cart abandonment, win-backs, and product recommendations.

CRO Strategy: Design and implement experiments to improve Shopify checkout flows, product bundling, pricing strategy, and customer journey across desktop and mobile.

Performance Marketing Support: Partner with the paid media team on ad strategy, keyword targeting, and retargeting campaigns that align with funnel goals.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounting strategies, and content-driven demand campaigns to drive revenue and upsells.

Analytics and Reporting: Own performance dashboards, track KPIs, and share actionable insights that influence product, pricing, and marketing strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with content, email ops, and developers to bring campaigns to life, ensure UX best practices, and enhance user experience across web and email.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2C or DTC digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or online learning
  • Proven experience improving funnel performance, running A/B tests, and managing full-funnel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and CRM/email platforms (Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Comfortable using Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and pivot strategy accordingly
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience in regulated industries or continuing education is a plus
