Job summary

Urban Workshop is expanding its B2B sales to enroll welding teams in training and certification programs and build long-term partnerships. You will drive qualified leads, conduct high-impact calls with business owners, and close enrollments to hit monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales, ideally in business consulting, events, or education.
• Experience selling to contractors, trades, or service-based business owners (welding experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a high-performance environment with daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Providing an outstanding client engagement experience by quickly understanding key pain points and moving them through our client lifecycle.
• Communicating to clients how welder certification gives them a competitive advantage, saves money, and reduces risk so they grow and scale their businesses.
• Works well with other departments to ensure sold clients schedule and show for events.
• Prioritizing clients who can move swiftly through the sales cycle, maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.
