Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage an existing customer base while acquiring new business within a defined market. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing MACD, and renewing contracts, with uncapped monthly commissions and a full benefits package.

The role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and communication skills, plus the ability to work in a quota-driven environment and thrive in a fast-paced telecom landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing account base and grow revenue through education on products and services.
• Prospect and close new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Create proposals and process new orders; manage MACD for existing customers.
