Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking an Account Manager to manage an existing customer base, grow accounts, and acquire new business within a defined market/territory in Saint Marys, GA. The role targets base salary with commissions, reflecting a $86,135+ per year potential.

You will handle moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACD), renew contracts, respond to RFPs, and build customer loyalty in a quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing account base; contact accounts by phone and in person; drive sales growth.
• Focus on market share growth by prospecting and selling new businesses; cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Create proposals, submit accurate orders; manage MACD for existing customer base.
• Develop a tactical sales plan for growth; track activity, status, and forecasts in CRM.
