IGT Glass Hardware is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our on-site team in Orlando. You will bridge product knowledge and customer success, delivering expert technical support to customers, field reps, and internal stakeholders.

This strategic role emphasizes problem-solving, learning, and helping others succeed within our fast-growing design-forward company. 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. weekdays, with some Saturday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical sales, customer service, or product advisory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex specs.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• English is required; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support on hardware selection, installation, and specs.
• Deliver clear communication via phone, email, and live consults.
• Assist Revenue with quoting and product configurations.
• Document recurring questions to improve knowledge base.
• Maintain customer cases in CRM/POS and related tools.
• Conduct product demos or training for staff and clients.
• Adhere to safety standards and warehouse protocols.
• Stay updated on product knowledge through internal resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
