Job summary

DentalXChange is seeking a B2B Technical Implementation Specialist to work with partners, implement connections and services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure reliable transaction processing on our platform.

The role emphasizes go-live support, payer management, API knowledge, and delivering timely updates and documentation to keep projects on track. Strong EDI experience and tool familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI transaction types (X12 837D, 270/271, 835, XML) preferred.
• Experience with Postman and SoapUI preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Update and complete new and ongoing implementation and connectivity projects to ensure accurate and efficient project resolution.
• Monitor transaction processing related to implementation or connectivity projects to ensure quality; research outages or fluctuations.
• Provide operational support for production practices, issues, and help desk tickets.
• Track updates, testing results, and configuration details in support tickets and related documentation.
• Coordinate between partners and our core development team to troubleshoot issues or request enhancements during implementation or connectivity testing.
• Manage work to meet established deadlines and adapt when timelines change.
• Provide timely communications regarding updates, issues, and resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients.
• Perform tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures for reliable connectivity.
