Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial planning, or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and the capacity to turn complex information into clear insights.
• Excellent business judgment with comfort navigating ambiguous strategic questions.
• Experience building financial models and business cases to back recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

• Support ad-hoc projects, leading independent workstreams.
• Develop frameworks that help the business prioritize, allocate resources, and execute effectively.
