Job summary

ScentAir in Charlotte, NC is seeking an ADR to educate and upsell existing business via outbound calls, conduct consultative meetings, and renew contracts. You’ll leverage Salesforce to track activity and exceed quotas.

Ideal candidate has 1+ years sales experience, a 4-year degree, B2B selling skills, and a willingness to learn fragrance solutions; base salary plus commission with benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Trained in consultative/value-based selling.
• Technically savvy with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Research, educate, and upsell existing business via outbound calls.
• Maintain high activity with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, social).
• Run consultative meetings with clients to position fragrance and service plans.
• Renew contracts and upsell to existing customers.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and exceed quotas.
• Attend fragrance/product training and stay current on industry trends.
