Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives for dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Coordinate retail displays, promotional materials, and sample orders.
• Assist with trade shows and customer events, including preparation, setup, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records, product information, and resources in our CRM and B2B portal.
• Coordinate price-list updates and support online marketplace listings.
• Answer customer questions, resolve account issues, and support sales-team projects.
