Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company with a legacy of solving big challenges, is hiring an Operations and Sales Support Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will process customer orders from email and phone, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure on-time fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of sales support or data entry experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of sales support or data/order entry experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from email and phone requests, meeting KPI expectations of processing all orders within 24 business hours.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping updates to internal teams and external customers to ensure ontime fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues efficiently, escalating as needed.
• Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight, replenishment for the sales team, and completion of monthly field reconciliations.
• Streamline operational processes, support special projects as assigned, and deliver high‑quality customer service to B2B clients to ensure satisfaction.
