Role Overview

Our Inside Sales Site Developer Team seeks motivated, confident, and goal-oriented inside sellers. You will partner with our account management team to reactivate and convert deeply inactive or prospect customer locations, primarily calling on our largest customer base in both public and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities
  1. Make daily calls to Quill customers inactive for over 4 months.
  2. Contact prospect locations affiliated with managed customer entities.
  3. Use order history and special offers to drive reactivation and meet quotas.
  4. Maintain communication with account managers regarding customer trends and pricing.
  5. Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive revenue across categories.
  6. Keep accurate records in CRM, including activity logs and pipeline updates.
  7. Seek continuous improvement through coaching and team sharing.
  8. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales metrics.
  9. Contribute positively to team culture and lead by example.

Minimum Requirements

  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, four days a week (hybrid model).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
