City Wide Facility Solutions Michigan (Troy based) seeks a tenacious closer to join our B2B Sales Team (CBS Division). If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team and bonus structure is waiting for you!

As a Sales & Project Manager in our Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) Division, you hunt for new clients that are in need of the 20+ services that we offer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in a B2B sales environment is preferred.
• Hunter mindset; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities with thorough follow-up.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals for new monthly projects.
• Schedule appointments, understand client requirements and present proposals.
• Explain service capabilities, overcome objections and assist with contract prep when needed.
• Maintain an active prospect pipeline; hit metrics and win business.
• Use CRM to manage client and lead information and track progress.
• Manage the project after sale through to completion with our partners.
