R.I.S.E. Financial is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive new business and coach a growing team. You will lead client meetings, close deals, and model the drive for results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll educate clients on supplemental insurance, manage a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with senior management to align objectives. Travel within your region and a valid driver’s license are required to fulfill this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
