Qualifications

• Sales experience: 1 year in B2B sales with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Training & leadership: mentoring or training experience preferred, coaching valued.
• Communication & organization: strong verbal/written skills, organize and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sales duties: identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, present products, negotiate contracts, close sales, meet KPIs.
• Trainer duties: deliver training programs to new hires, provide mentorship and feedback, assess training effectiveness, promote continuous development.
