Job summary

The Midtown Group in Fort Worth is seeking a Sales Service Coordinator to join our corporate sales department in downtown Fort Worth. This entry-level, back-office role serves as the link between our corporate sales agents, national retail accounts, and our four manufacturing plants.

You will process B2B purchase orders via EDI and internal portal, perform high-volume 10-key data entry, and resolve order discrepancies by email. A fast-paced, collaborative bullpen environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High-volume 10-key data entry with accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems or EDI platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative office.
• No college degree required; prior related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Process incoming B2B purchase orders via EDI and internal portal.
• Data Entry: Perform high-volume 10-key data entry to log orders in ERP.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with manufacturing plants to resolve order discrepancies.
• Inventory Tracking: Manage and bill for consigned inventory at national retailers.
• Team Collaboration: Work in a collaborative, open-office environment.
