Job Overview:
We are seeking an aggressive, motivated, and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a hungry sales professional with 2-3+ years of experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other corporate decision-makers, selling innovative products to enterprise clients. You will be provided with digital lead generation campaigns (including LinkedIn, Direct Mail, etc.) to help you identify and engage potential clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and purchase orders, along with a keen ability to track sales activities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and sell our products to corporate clients, specifically targeting CIOs, CTOs, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Engage with inbound leads generated through digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Direct Mail, etc.) and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target corporations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Track sales activities and progress in the CRM to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs (specifics will be discussed during the interview process).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience, with a focus on corporate sales.
  • Proven ability to sell to high-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, etc.) and navigate the corporate decision-making process.
  • Understanding of purchase orders and how they relate to the sales process.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software to track sales activity.
  • Self-starter with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
