TDS Telecom in Spokane, WA is hiring a Manager - Business to Business Sales to lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, driving growth in the commercial market. This role develops and implements sales programs, meets budgeted goals, and partners with other leaders to deliver hosted and premise-based VoIP, managed services, and fiber solutions.

Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic planning are essential to win new logos and strengthen relationships with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years professional work experience.
• 5+ years industry related experience.
• 4+ years selling experience.
• 3+ years of supervision or leadership experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals and develop strategic and tactical sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Manage and monitor business office operations and personnel, including coaching, recruiting, onboarding, training and performance evaluation.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and coordinate with marketing, product management and development teams.
• Oversee CRM usage, contract negotiations, sales orders, and compliance with policies and procedures.
