• 3+ years of supervision or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals and develop sales plans to meet goals.
• Manage and monitor business office operations and personnel.
• Build relationships with other departments to align goals and processes.
• Ensure CRM utilization, contract negotiations, and processing of sales orders.
• Maintain key customer contacts and negotiate sales with new and existing accounts.
• Develop and implement programs to represent TDS image in the community.
• Maintain and enhance technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Participate in industry events and maintain relationships with contacts and customers.
• Perform other duties including special projects as required by Director-Sales.
