Job summary

TDS Telecom seeks a Manager - Business to Business Sales in Spokane, WA to lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, drive new revenue, and promote business solutions.

The role requires strategic sales leadership, coaching, and cross-department collaboration to exceed quotas, with a focus on hosted and premise-based VoIP, managed services, and fiber solutions. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm PT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years professional work experience.
• 5+ years industry related experience.
• 4+ years selling experience.
• 3+ years of supervision or leadership experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals and develop strategic and tactical sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Manage and monitor business office operations and personnel including coaching, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Build and nurture inter-department relationships and align goals with other departments and markets.
• Ensure CRM utilization, contract negotiations, processing of sales orders, and adherence to policies and procedures.
