R.I.S.E. Financial is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive new business and lead the development of a high-performing sales team.

You will educate clients on supplemental insurance benefits, close deals, and mentor new team members to achieve targets. You will collaborate with senior management to align goals, refine training programs, and deliver measurable growth while upholding exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams to success, preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and motivate action.
• A service-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional value to customers while achieving sales targets.
• A competitive, growth-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Direct Business to Business Sales: actively seek out and close new business by connecting with prospective clients, building trust, and offering solutions through our supplemental insurance products.
• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: coach and training new and existing sales representatives to perform at their highest potential, master existing programs and contribute to new ones.
• Collaborate for Growth: align individual, team, and company goals with senior management and drive growth while maintaining service commitment.
• Provide regular progress reports on sales, team development, and training effectiveness.
