Job summary

Mercor is hiring experienced Sales Representatives, Wholesale and Manufacturing, Except Technical and Scientific Products to help evaluate and improve AI-driven sales content and workflows. In this role, you'll assess AI-generated sales conversations, quotes, and product recommendations within a B2B wholesale context.

About the Role

In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated sales content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in B2B wholesale and manufacturing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated sales conversations, product recommendations, quotes, and other commercial artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on customer relevance, negotiation soundness, and sales effectiveness.

• Review sales scenarios involving pricing, product recommendations, order handling, and post-sale support and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Representative, Inside Salesperson, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or another closely related wholesale or manufacturing B2B sales role.

• Experience selling non-technical wholesale or manufactured goods to businesses or groups of individuals, with substantial product knowledge.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
