Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing B2B social media in SaaS or technology.
• Experience creating social-first content including graphics and video.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices for company and executive accounts.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about emerging social platforms and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Branch's organic social strategy across LinkedIn and evaluate opportunities on other platforms.
• Develop monthly social calendars aligned with priorities, campaigns, and events.
• Identify formats and trends to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Recommend new channels and social initiatives based on audience behavior.
• Write engaging social copy and partner with Creative teams to produce visual content.
• Monitor conversations and engage with customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Track metrics and provide monthly performance reporting and insights.
