Job summary

NexTech is seeking a Product Lead to bridge business needs and engineering execution. You will turn customer and business requirements into well-defined user stories, own and prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver real customer value aligned with the product strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience with B2B SaaS products (preferred).
• Prior experience in a Product Owner role in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience as a member of an Agile development team, with a solid grasp of Agile principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to support customers and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn business problems into prioritized user stories for development teams.
• Lead conversations across teams to define user stories with appropriate detail.
• Backlog management to align work with product strategy, goals, and delivery dates.
• Work with QA to set acceptance criteria and ensure they are met.
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to clarify requirements.
