Job summary

NexGen Technologies, LLC in Boynton Beach, FL, seeks a multi-skilled Product Marketing & UX Project Manager to drive product strategy and execution for NexGen Virtual Workplace, a SaaS platform. This role focuses on market positioning, UX design, and cross-functional delivery to maximize customer engagement.

You will write Epics and User Stories, lead UX initiatives, and coordinate Agile/Scrum and Waterfall processes across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver a compelling product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, UX/UI design, and project management (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies, including Epics/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience launching SaaS products and conducting market research & positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead product market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee UI/UX design, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Manage product development with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods; write Epics and User Stories.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
