Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven track record of driving retention and expansion with measurable outcomes.
• Fluency with AI tools in marketing context for research, content, personalization.

Responsibilities

• Draft press releases, media pitches, executive statements and external communications.
• Coordinate PR activities and relationships with agencies and media contacts.
• Monitor industry news to identify opportunities for coverage and leadership.
• Assist with media inquiries, briefing documents and communication plans.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing and corporate communications.
• Establish and maintain style guides, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
• Prepare leaders for speaking engagements and interviews.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-friendly content.
• Research and manage award nominations highlighting achievements.
• Draft employee communications and internal campaigns.
• Assist in content creation: blog, website, email, social, events.
• Maintain editorial and communications calendars.
