Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Demonstrated track record of driving retention and expansion outcomes with measurable results.
• Fluency with AI tools in a marketing context to accelerate research and content production.
• Excellent written and storytelling skills for a live-events audience.
• Strong customer segmentation and lifecycle strategy capabilities.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and analytics platforms.
• Goal-driven with visible impact metrics across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases and external communications.
• Coordinate PR activities with agencies and media contacts.
