Job summary

You will work closely with User Experience, IT, Marketing and other teams to understand customer needs, develop business cases with ROI, and measure KPI success across releases. Experience translating customer needs into technical roadmaps is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 7 years’ experience in digital or e-commerce product development and management.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Understanding of user interface design methodologies and user experience (UX) testing.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and translate business requirements into technical terms.
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and services end-to-end, aligning efforts across the business.
• Communicate product vision and customer value to all stakeholder teams.
• Collaborate across functions and with senior leadership to execute the roadmap.
• Conduct go-to-market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy.
• Create business cases, ROI models, and financial analyses for features.
• Define release strategies and lifecycle plans backed by market analytics.
• Identify vendor partners and manage negotiations and integrations.
• Oversee KPI measurement for products and feature releases.
• Support demand intake and backlog prioritization with stakeholders.
• Serve as internal expert on digital experiences and market trends.
