Deluxe in Minneapolis is seeking a Pricing Analyst 2 to drive the B2B pricing strategy across product lines, maintaining sell prices and pricing matrices.

You will leverage AI, data integration, and FP&A concepts to support price updates, profitability, and budgeting, collaborating with Sales, Contracts, Billing, Operations, and CRM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and 2 years of experience or HS/GED and 6 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are required.
• Experience with pricing and analytics for B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for B2B offerings using pricing solutions.
• Maintain sell prices across product lines and pricing tools.
• Audit net sales prices to ensure profitability margins.
• Use AI to review pricing language and contract terms for price increases.
• Support CPI/CPI-U monitoring, data updates, and related reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Billing, Operations, and Salesforce teams.
• Ensure communications are prepared and delivered per contractual timelines.
• Improve Salesforce fields, reporting, and price increase governance.
• Drive price increase modernization.
