Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Pricing Analyst 2 to drive B2B pricing strategies and maintain product pricing matrices. The role emphasizes data integration, financial planning, and analytics with CRM/ERP experience.

You will work in an Agile environment to implement pricing changes, audit profitability, and improve pricing governance using AI and BI tools. Competitive benefits apply across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of pricing experience or HS/GED and 6 years of pricing experience.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets and derive insights.
• Familiarity with pricing concepts (demand elasticity, lifecycle pricing, profitability modeling).
• Experience with predictive analytics (forecasting, regression, hypothesis testing).
• Advanced MS Excel skills; VBA a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools; BI tools preferred.
• Understanding of agile development and business requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for B2B product offerings based on pricing strategy.
• Maintain sell prices across product lines and pricing matrices.
• Audit net sales prices to protect profitability margins.
• Use AI to review contracts and pricing language for annual price increases.
• Support CPI monitoring, data updates, and term-based price adjustments.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and data gaps before billing or escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, Billing, Ops, Support, and Salesforce teams on pricing changes.
• Track and communicate price increase notifications per contract timelines.
• Support improvements to Salesforce fields, reporting, and workflows.
• Price increase modernization.
